Top-tier finance group is seeking mid-to-senior level lateral associates to join its Los Angeles or Palo Alto offices. The role focuses on leveraged and commercial lending work, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, security agreements and related loan documentation.

The team offers structured mentoring for laterals, a hybrid working model, and opportunities to work on digital infrastructure and data-center financings. The position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus and other firmwide professional development and pro bono programs.

Class years: mid-to-senior associates (examples noted: 2019–2022)
Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, security agreements and other loan documents
UCC experience and solid general finance/corporate transactional background
Experience with data center or digital infrastructure financings is a plus
Strong academic record and experience at peer firms preferred
