An elite international law firm is seeking outstanding lateral associates with general finance experience to join its Finance group. The role is available in two major California markets, and candidates from the 2019 through 2022 associate classes are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documentation, along with UCC experience and a solid general corporate foundation. Experience with data center or digital infrastructure matters is a plus.
