A highly regarded Commercial Property team is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its Oxford office on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a busy and established practice.

The caseload is varied and interesting, typically spanning investment acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, mixed-use development, and work for collegiate institutional clients.

This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects with excellent quality work and loyal clients. The team values the balance between technical skill and outstanding client service, and offers a discretionary hybrid agile working policy allowing up to 50% of time to be worked remotely, alongside other flexible working options.

Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualification experience
Experience in Commercial Property work
Ability to manage matters independently and provide commercially focused advice
Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy support skills
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative and proactive approach to team working
