A leading global law firm is seeking associates to join its Global Finance Group in the New York office. The team advises clients across the full spectrum of asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions.

The practice covers a broad range of asset classes, including asset-backed finance, commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, single-family rental, data centers, esoteric assets and consumer assets. Associates work on both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities as well as private structured finance transactions.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents on behalf of underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors and lenders. This is a substantive, client-facing role within a collaborative finance platform.

At least two years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions
Familiarity with asset classes such as ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, SFR, data centers, esoteric and consumer assets
Experience drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for public and private offerings
Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar
