Associate — Securitization, Finance & Banking (New York)

Top-tier global finance team is seeking an associate to join its securitization and structured finance practice in New York. The role focuses on representing issuers, underwriters, sponsors, investors and lenders in public and private asset-backed transactions.

Work will include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents across a range of asset classes (e.g., RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, consumer, single-family rental, data centers and other specialty assets). The team handles market-leading, cross-border structured finance matters and offers strong exposure to complex securitization work.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in asset-backed securitizations or structured finance transactions
• Experience with ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and other consumer or specialty asset securitizations
• Drafting and negotiating offering documents and transaction agreements for issuers, underwriters, sponsors, investors and lenders
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar
