Top-tier global finance team seeks an associate to join its securitization and structured finance practice in New York. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents across public and private asset-backed and structured financings for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors and lenders.

Matters include ABS, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and other consumer, commercial and specialty-asset securitizations. The team works on a broad range of sponsor- and lender-side transactions in both the U.S. and cross-border markets.

Minimum 2 years' experience in asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions
Experience with ABS, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and other commercial and consumer securitizations
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for offering and transactional documents
Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar
