Join a national healthcare practice advising a wide range of public and private health-sector clients on contentious and advisory matters. The team handles clinical negligence, inquests, regulatory matters, product liability and sector-specific corporate and commercial issues.

The role offers exposure to defended clinical negligence work, representation at inquests, regulatory advocacy and advisory projects for hospitals, clinicians, manufacturers and healthcare providers. The team works collaboratively across disciplines and UK offices, with hybrid working available.

Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate; completion of a training contract (or equivalent) and relevant legal qualifications.
Approximately 1 PQE (candidates at nearby levels will be considered).
Experience in defended clinical negligence and medical malpractice matters; handling complex, multi-party claims is desirable.
Experience with inquests, regulatory proceedings or product liability in the healthcare sector preferred.
Strong drafting, advocacy and client-care skills with ability to manage a varied caseload and identify business development opportunities.
