Seeking an associate to join a national insurance litigation team in a fully remote capacity. The role is open to candidates based and licensed in New Mexico and focuses on insurance coverage matters and related civil litigation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing and responding to discovery, analyzing policy language and preparing coverage opinions, conducting legal research, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations as required. Admitted to practice in New Mexico; additional state admissions a plus
Minimum 3 years of insurance coverage litigation experience
