An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer to join a highly regarded General Insurance team in Dubai, working alongside market-leading partners and lawyers on a broad range of contentious and advisory insurance matters.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-profile regional and international disputes, developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

This is a full-time permanent role offering a hybrid working pattern, based in Dubai.

3-4 years' PQE qualified lawyer
Experience handling Insurance and insurance-related matters across all lines
Experience in insurance casualty and liability with coverage and reporting helpful
Experience of London market coverage work an advantage
Experience of running or assisting with litigation and/or arbitration
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency an advantage
Ability to apply a commercial approach to claims to deliver practical and economic solutions
Proactive, takes initiative with strong communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong technical and research skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy caseload of low to medium value claims and work with senior lawyers on high value claims
