Associate — Insurance M&A, New York

Senior associates are wanted for a busy Insurance Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York. The role sits in a market-leading corporate/M&A practice that advises on cross-border and domestic insurance-sector transactions, including private equity-backed deals and strategic dispositions.

The team regularly handles complex, high-value transactions and works closely with specialists in tax, regulatory, finance and litigation. The position offers substantive deal responsibility, client-facing work and opportunities to develop sector expertise within a global platform.

• 2–6 years PQE (3rd through 6th year associates encouraged to apply)
• Experience on M&A transactions; exposure to insurance-sector deals and private equity transactions preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; proven ability to work on cross‑functional deal teams
• US law degree (J.D.) and admission or eligibility to be admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
