Leading international law firm seeks a full‑time, permanent Associate to join its Intellectual Property team. The role is open in offices across Germany, including Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich, and focuses on patent work with significant litigation and advisory components.

You will advise on court and arbitration proceedings across industries, with particular emphasis on the pharmaceutical and telecommunications sectors. The role also covers matters at the intersection of IP and competition law and IP issues with regulatory implications (for example in pharma and healthcare).

The team provides an international, collaborative environment, structured training and development, and flexible/mobiles working arrangements.

Qualified lawyer with a strong academic record in law
Demonstrable experience or interest in patent work and patent litigation
Excellent written and spoken English
Commercial mindset, creativity in legal problem‑solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
