Seeking a mid-level associate to join a leading investment funds team in Boston focused on registered funds and related retail fund products. The role involves forming, structuring and advising on a range of vehicles, including mutual funds, ETFs, listed closed-end funds and alternative retail structures such as interval/tender-offer funds, BDCs and REITs.

The position requires regular work on regulatory, compliance and distribution matters (U.S. and cross-border), with opportunities to support public company reporting and capital markets matters. The team values strong analytical ability, clear written and oral communication, and attention to technical detail.

3–5 years post-qualification experience in an investment funds practice, with demonstrable work on registered funds
Experience with fund formation and structuring for mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds and alternative retail vehicles (e.g., BDCs, REITs, interval/tender-offer funds)
Familiarity with regulatory, compliance and distribution matters for U.S. and global funds; public company reporting or capital markets experience a plus
Juris Doctor and membership (or eligibility for prompt admission) to a relevant U.S. state or D.C. bar
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills and excellent academic credentials
