London-headquartered global law firm seeking an Associate to join its Investment Funds team in Sydney. The role involves advising on private capital fund formation, co-investments and secondary transactions for international and domestic private fund sponsors and institutional investors.

The successful candidate will work on complex fund structuring, side‑letter negotiations, fund lifecycle matters and related commercial documentation, collaborating with cross‑jurisdictional teams across the firm's global network.

3–6 years post‑qualification experience in fund formation or private capital transactions
Strong experience representing private fund sponsors and/or institutional investors on structuring, side letters and secondary/co‑investment matters
Commercial mindset with excellent client relationship skills
Confident communicator, collaborative team player and strong academic background
