Growing Labor & Employment team in the Irvine office seeks an associate with 3–5 years' experience to support defense-focused employment and labor matters. Work will include complex employment litigation (including class and representative actions and single-plaintiff cases), traditional labor law matters, and employment counseling.

The role requires strong legal writing and analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to collaborate with attorneys across offices in a fast-paced practice. Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript for consideration.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in employment/labor litigation or employment counseling
Experience with class/representative actions, single-plaintiff defense, and/or traditional labor law matters
Excellent academic record and strong writing and analytical skills

Clerkship, law review, or Order of the Coif a plus; cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript required
