An immigration-focused law firm seeks an experienced Business Immigration Associate for its Irvine office. The role offers the chance to practice in a dynamic, team-oriented environment alongside leading industry professionals, supported by innovative technology that enhances both client and staff experience.

You will build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships, formulate immigration strategies for complex matters, and act as a business advisor with deep knowledge of immigration law, the client's industry, and associated risks. Responsibilities include independently executing case preparation and filing, researching complex technical issues, and developing tailored solutions.

The position also involves supervising and mentoring associates and staff, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to business development through new initiatives, proposals, and pitches. Collaboration across teams locally, regionally, and firmwide is central to the firm's culture.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington D.C. bar association
5–8 years of experience at Associate level
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of immigration law
Prior team management experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated attention to detail and dedication to exceptional client service
