A well-established immigration-focused practice is seeking a Business Immigration Associate to join its collegial, team-oriented office in Irvine. As an Associate, you will take a senior role on client teams, independently managing assignments with minimal supervision. You will research complex immigration issues, formulate solutions, execute case preparation and filing, and develop strategies for intricate matters. You will also build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively communicate, and may supervise and mentor junior associates and staff.

The position involves significant responsibility, including contributing to business development and process improvement, ensuring compliance with firm protocols and deadlines, and meeting individual and team productivity goals. U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington D.C. bar association
3–5 years of experience at the Associate level
Exceptional working knowledge and understanding of immigration law
Prior team management experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
Dedication to exceptional client service and contributing to a positive work environment
