Join a dedicated immigration practice as a Business Immigration Associate in a collegial, team-oriented environment. This role offers the chance to work alongside leading experts and develop deep expertise in business immigration law while supporting a diverse client base.

You will develop case strategies, research and draft legal documents, counsel clients and foreign nationals on procedural and strategic issues, and assess eligibility for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status. You will also work with client global mobility teams to prepare petitions and applications for submission to government agencies, and support clients with immigration program management and compliance.

The position involves regular client communication, proactive case management, and collaboration with colleagues to resolve issues and share knowledge. You may also supervise and mentor junior associates and staff, and contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or the Washington, D.C. bar
2–3 years of experience at the associate level
Expanded practical understanding of immigration law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and proofreading
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and dedication to exceptional client service
