Growing Labor & Employment team in San Francisco seeks an associate with litigation and counseling experience to join a busy practice handling employment defense, representative and single-plaintiff actions, traditional labor matters, and employment counseling.

Successful candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong writing and analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to collaborate with teams across offices in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

3–5 years post-qualification experience in employment or complex litigation defense
Experience with class/representative actions, single-plaintiff cases, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling
Excellent writing, research and analytical skills; proven teamwork across offices
Superior academic record; Order of the Coif, law review or clerkship experience a plus
