Well-established national litigation practice is seeking an associate to join its San Diego office. The role will handle a mix of civil litigation matters across federal and state courts under the supervision of experienced trial lawyers.

This opening is targeted to current judicial clerks transitioning to private practice. Successful candidates will join a collaborative litigation team with opportunity for courtroom exposure and substantive motion and brief drafting.

Current judicial clerks only
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Strong academic record and excellent legal writing and research skills
Demonstrated interest in litigation and federal/state court procedure
