Associate or Senior Associate position within a high-performing statutory compensation team
Act for government clients in matters before the Magistrates', County, and Supreme Courts of Victoria
Work with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and client outcomes

At least 3-5 years' post-admission experience and technical knowledge in statutory compensation law (experience acting for WorkSafe and TAC is highly desirable)
Knowledge of the Accident Compensation Act, Work Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act, and Transport Accident Act 1986 (or adjacent experience in insurance, personal injury litigation, or HR/IR)
Strong client relationship and file management skills
Experience managing a litigation caseload
Technical excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to timely, pragmatic advice
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative team environment
