An elite private companies team is seeking a 3rd–6th year associate to advise disruptive, venture-backed companies and the investors that fund them. The role sits within a growing national practice representing some of the most prominent high-growth companies and their investors.

The position offers deep involvement across the full growth cycle — from formation through late-stage financings and liquidity events — with substantial client contact and responsibility. The team supports candidates across multiple offices.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an associate eager to work closely with founders, management teams, and investors on the transactions that shape high-growth businesses.

At least three years of extensive experience advising early-stage and growth-stage companies
Deep experience counseling venture-backed companies on general corporate matters through their growth cycle, including venture capital financings and liquidity events
Prior corporate department experience at a national or international law firm
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
