Private Companies Associate (3rd–6th Year)

Join our market-leading private companies practice, advising high-growth businesses and the investors who fund them. This role sits within a premier national team and offers the opportunity to work with some of the most disruptive companies in the market through their full growth cycle.

• Advise venture-backed companies on general corporate matters, including venture capital financings and liquidity events.
• Counsel both companies and investors on a range of corporate and transactional issues.
• Support clients from early-stage formation through growth and exit.
• Collaborate with a highly regarded, growing team known for its work with prominent high-growth companies.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of extensive experience working with early-stage and growth-stage companies, ideally within the corporate department of a national or international law firm. A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required.
