Senior associate-level role within a busy Sydney property team of partners, senior lawyers and support staff. The position offers broad, transactional and advisory property work across acquisitions, disposals, developments, leasing (landlord and national tenants), joint ventures, strata matters and property-related disputes.

You will work closely with the national property group, have direct client contact and benefit from structured mentoring and career development. The team is collegiate, commercially minded and focused on high-quality, client-facing work.

At least 3 years PQE with solid Property Law experience
Strong knowledge of NSW property legislation and processes
Proven ability to manage files end-to-end with minimal supervision
Experience with PEXA and customary conveyancing workflows
Organised, solutions-focused team player able to service senior commercial clients; dispute experience is a plus
