An international commercial law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Real Estate practice group in its Munich office. Working closely with partners and experienced colleagues from day one, the successful candidate will take an active role in demanding mandates and help shape the further development of the practice.

The role involves advising on the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios and on the realization of real estate projects across commercial, industrial, logistics, residential and infrastructure sectors. The associate will also support refinancings, restructurings and disposals of real estate in an international context.
