Apply in confidence →We are looking for an Associate to join our Restructuring and Insolvency team in our Singapore office. The team advises both international and domestic clients across a broad range of contentious, advisory, and transactional matters. The role would suit a well-rounded individual with experience in restructuring and insolvency work.
You will be part of a dynamic team that handles fast-moving matters involving complex legal and commercial issues. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership over their work, who can prioritise and multi-task efficiently, and who is detail-oriented with a keen aptitude for problem solving.
Areas of focus and responsibilities include:
- Working as part of a team of restructuring and insolvency lawyers with diverse backgrounds and expertise
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research
- Attending court hearings
- Attending meetings and liaising with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders

Technical skills and experience required:
- 1 to 2 years PQE with experience in restructuring and insolvency, and with commercial disputes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Analytical, organised, and able to demonstrate initiative
- Able to work as part of a dynamic team and also independently to meet deadlines
- Proficient in PC skills, e.g., Word, Excel, etc.
