An exciting opportunity to join a leading international arbitration practice in Singapore at a pivotal moment of growth. The team is seeking associates at the 2–6 PQE level to work on high-value, complex international arbitrations across Asia and globally. Matters include commercial and construction disputes under all major arbitral rules, as well as investment treaty arbitrations for both investors and states.

Associates will benefit from early responsibility, direct client contact, and significant partner exposure as the team is built. This is a rare chance for an entrepreneurial lawyer to help shape a new team from the ground up, with business development forming an integral part of the role.

The team collaborates closely with the firm's global International Arbitration Practice Group and colleagues across offices in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the US. Candidates from other markets, including London, New York, Australia, and Hong Kong, are welcome to apply if looking to relocate to Singapore.

Qualified in a common law jurisdiction
Outstanding academic record, including strong law school grades
2–6 years' PQE with a track record on complex, high-value international arbitrations or complex commercial litigation
Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills
Genuine motivation to help build a practice, including through business development and market presence
