Associate — Restructuring & Special Situations, New York

Experienced associates are sought for a busy Restructuring & Special Situations team in New York. The role focuses on chapter 11 company-side and secured creditor representations, out-of-court restructurings, and liability-management or capital-solutions work.

Successful candidates will draft court motions and credit documentation, work collaboratively on complex restructuring matters, and coordinate with transactional, litigation and regulatory colleagues across practices.

• Minimum 3 years of law firm experience in restructuring, distressed debt or related corporate work
• Significant drafting experience in chapter 11 motion practice and/or credit documentation
• Experience on company-side chapter 11, secured creditor representations, out-of-court restructurings, or liability-management transactions
• Strong teamwork and written advocacy skills; admitted or able to be admitted to practice in New York
