Join a market-leading Corporate M&A and Capital Markets team in Sydney as an Associate or Senior Associate. You will work on a mix of public and private M&A, equity capital markets, private equity and governance matters across major sectors including mining, infrastructure, energy, financial services, health, technology and retail.

The team operates nationally and collaborates closely with other practice groups (eg. Banking & Finance, Tax, Funds). This is a permanent full‑time role with hybrid working (c.60% in office) and flexibility options.

Experience in a corporate M&A and/or capital markets practice at a top-tier, national or international firm.
Ability to manage smaller matters and lead parts of larger transactions.
Interest and experience in business development activities (pitches, articles, events).
Strong client relationship skills, a collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
