The team acts for in-house counsel, HR and senior business stakeholders on complex cross-border and domestic matters. You will work on employment aspects of transactions, advisory mandates and HR projects, supported by a market-leading platform and a culture that promotes flexible working and professional development.

Qualified solicitor with 6+ years' post-qualification experience in the Employment team of a City or international law firm.
Proven experience on transactional work: due diligence, negotiation of employment provisions and running employment aspects of deals.
Strong TUPE knowledge (service provision and asset purchases) and corporate transaction experience.
Well-rounded HR advisory skills; confident in direct client engagement and able to run matters with limited supervision.
Good project-management skills, commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach.
Track record or appetite for business development and building client relationships; sector experience in energy, transport or infrastructure an advantage.
