We are seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate with professional indemnity experience to join our Professional and Commercial Risk team. This role offers intellectual challenge, client focus, and industry-leading quality, all while maintaining genuine flexibility.

Our team acts for major insurance companies and insured professionals across the supply chain, handling the full spectrum of insurance work—from policy coverage and recovery to strategic advice for insurers. You will collaborate with colleagues nationally and internationally as part of a truly international firm.

You will have the opportunity to build your own client relationships, directly see the impact of your work, and deliver bespoke solutions. The role involves a mixed workload of professional negligence claims, pre-action and litigated matters, and regular interaction with clients, experts, and counsel.

Professional indemnity experience, or experience gained in a related insurance litigation or disputes practice, with an interest in developing expertise in this area
Strong relationship and client handling skills, commensurate with experience
The ability to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day-to-day issues
A good level of self-sufficiency, managing a caseload commensurate with experience
Change-oriented, with a positive, flexible approach towards the implementation of new initiatives
Team-oriented and collegiate, with a willingness to share knowledge with and support other members of the team
A willingness to work hard as part of a highly ambitious and driven team
Good understanding and experience of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation
