Join a high-performing Projects team in Sydney advising on large-scale infrastructure and energy transactions. The role offers exposure to complex project development work including project agreements, joint venture arrangements, offtake and tolling contracts, acquisitions and disposals, regulatory approvals, and renewable energy project work.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement (approx. 60% in office). You will work collaboratively across teams, contribute to delivering market-leading client work, and participate in business development and client relationship-building activities.

Qualified solicitor with experience advising on project development and transactions in the Infrastructure and Energy sector.
Experience drafting and negotiating project documents (e.g. joint venture agreements, offtake/tolling agreements, sale/purchase agreements) and supporting acquisitions/disposals and regulatory approvals.
Ability to manage parts of matters independently and to work effectively in a team-focused environment.
Strong client-facing skills, willingness to mentor junior lawyers and to participate in business development activities.
