Join a Perth-based Projects & Development team advising on major mining, oil & gas and energy transactions across Australia and the region. You will work on acquisitions/divestments, project development and expansions, regulatory matters, joint ventures and commercial agreements including LNG and power purchase arrangements.

The role offers hands-on work with senior practitioners, exposure to national and cross-border matters, and clear opportunities for professional development, business development and internal mentoring. The team operates a hybrid working model and is open to flexible arrangements.

Practical experience in mining, oil & gas or renewables matters in private practice or in-house.
Ability to manage smaller matters independently and contribute to larger transactions.
Strong team ethic, mentoring capability and interest in developing others.
Willingness to participate in business development activities and build client relationships; open to candidates returning to Australia.
