Associate — Tax Practice

Ample-opportunity associate role within a national tax practice supporting transactional work, with particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and cross-border tax issues. The team advises corporate clients on tax aspects of strategic transactions and international structures.

Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices including Chicago, Colorado, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Santa Monica and Washington, D.C. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, parental leave and professional development resources.

• 2–6 years of tax practice experience, with exposure to M&A, capital markets and/or international tax matters
• Strong problem-solving, project management and client-facing skills; experience handling multiple concurrent matters
• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school; LL.M. in Tax preferred but not required
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to be based in one of the listed U.S. offices
