An established law firm is seeking an associate to join its tax practice. The role involves advising on a mix of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international matters, working alongside deal teams on a range of concurrent engagements.

The position offers flexibility across several major U.S. markets, and the successful candidate will take on substantive responsibility early, managing multiple live matters and building direct client relationships.

2–6 years of tax experience
Experience advising on some combination of M&A, capital markets, and/or international transactions
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school

Strong client relations skills and comfort handling several concurrent matters
LLM preferred but not required
