Associate, Technology, Media & Intellectual Property

A growing national Technology, Media and Intellectual Property team is seeking a high-calibre Associate to join its practice. This is an opportunity to work across a broad range of IP, technology and media matters within a collaborative national group.

The team supports clients on both contentious and non-contentious work spanning intellectual property, media and technology. You will gain exposure to sophisticated matters and work alongside experienced practitioners in a collegiate environment.

This role is open across the firm's Sydney and Melbourne offices, with flexibility on location for the right candidate.

• Admitted to practice in Australia (or eligible for admission)
• Demonstrated experience in intellectual property, technology and/or media law
• Strong drafting, advisory and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-relationship abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a national team
