Associate — Technology, Media & Intellectual Property

A nationally recognised Technology, Media and Intellectual Property practice is seeking a high-calibre Associate to join its expanding team.

The role offers the opportunity to advise on a broad range of contentious and advisory intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on the technology and media sectors. This includes work relating to licensing arrangements and the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property assets.

The position is part of a growing national practice and may be based in one of multiple Australian offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to develop their career within a dynamic and collaborative team.

• Admission to practise as a lawyer in Australia
• Previous experience in intellectual property and related technology or media matters
• Strong academic record and analytical skills
• Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a national team environment
