Associate – Technology, Media & Intellectual Property

An established national Technology, Media and Intellectual Property practice is seeking a high-calibre Associate to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work across the full spectrum of TMT and IP matters within a collaborative, nationally integrated group.

The role involves advising clients on a broad range of technology, media and intellectual property issues, including commercial technology transactions, media and content matters, brand and IP portfolio protection, and related advisory work.

The position is open across multiple office locations, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

• Qualified lawyer with experience in technology, media and/or intellectual property law
• Strong drafting, advisory and commercial skills
• Ability to manage matters and work collaboratively in a national team
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
