Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy trial and defense team in Las Vegas. The role covers product, general and premises liability matters and catastrophic injury cases, with responsibility for full case handling from investigation through trial and mediation.

The successful candidate will manage a substantial caseload, take and defend depositions, draft and respond to discovery, prepare and argue motions, and draft pre‑trial and trial documents. This role requires strong client and opposing‑counsel interaction, excellent research and writing, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2–8 years post‑qualification litigation experience, with substantial trial/defense work
Admission to the Nevada bar
Proven experience taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, and arguing motions
Excellent legal research and writing skills (Westlaw experience preferred)
Strong organizational, interpersonal and oral advocacy skills; able to manage 10–20 active matters
