Banking & Finance Lawyer (m/f/d)

In this role, you will advise corporates and banks on the financing of acquisitions, takeover offers, ongoing credit needs, and the restructuring of corporate finance in crisis and insolvency situations. You will join a team handling complex, large-volume, and often media-relevant finance transactions in an international context, with immediate involvement in client work.
