From day one, you will be involved in high-profile, complex transactions, advising domestic and international investors, lenders, and corporate clients—from
- Qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience, or a high-caliber entry-level candidate
- Strong interest and ideally experience in leveraged finance and acquisition finance
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work in international, cross-border teams
- Fluency in German and English
