Capital Markets Associate

Our international debt and equity capital markets team is growing, and we are seeking motivated and qualified lawyers to join our Frankfurt office.

As an Associate in our debt and equity capital markets practice (with cross-over work in corporate), you can expect complex transactional work and a high level of responsibility from day one.

Our team advises on initial public offerings, rights issues, private placements, convertible bonds, high yield and investment grade bonds, public takeovers, venture capital and private equity structures, and capital-markets-related restructurings. We work closely with our corporate, restructuring, and private equity groups. In addition to German mandates, you will advise on cross-border matters across Europe.

You will have the opportunity to work with a collegial and highly experienced team and assume responsibility on transactions from the outset.

We are looking for lawyers with excellent academic credentials (Prädikatsexamina) who bring creativity to the team on challenging matters and have gained experience in capital markets, M&A, and/or restructuring through internships or prior work as a research assistant.
