Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) – Corporate/M&A

Our Frankfurt office is seeking a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) to support our Corporate/M&A practice group. In this role, you will be involved in high-profile national and international transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and governance matters. You will work closely with partners and associates on complex mandates for leading companies, financial investors, and insurance/financial institutions.

• Current legal traineeship (Referendariat) or completed legal studies with strong academic performance
• Demonstrated interest and ideally first experience in corporate law, M&A, or transactions
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High motivation and commitment to professional growth
• Availability of at least 2 months, working 2 days per week
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
