We are seeking trainee lawyers (Referendare) to support our Private Equity practice in Frankfurt. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded team advising on complex transactions in the large- and mid-cap segment.

As part of our team, you will work on national and international private equity transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers, and buy-outs. You will gain exposure to the full investment cycle—from structuring and acquisition through portfolio company work to exits—and support our attorneys in corporate restructurings, governance matters, and compliance issues.
