Bankruptcy Associate — Chapter 11, Chicago

Joining a national restructuring group, you will work on Chapter 11 cases and related insolvency matters for corporate clients across industries. The role involves drafting pleadings and restructuring documents, supporting court hearings and negotiations, and advising on debtor/creditor-side strategies.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that handles complex, high-stakes matters and coordinates with colleagues across U.S. offices. This is a hands-on position offering substantive courtroom and transactional experience in chapter 11 restructurings.

• 4–7 years of bankruptcy experience, with substantive Chapter 11 exposure
• Juris Doctor and active bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to transfer admission
• Strong drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills; courtroom experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively, and communicate with clients and courts
