Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its bankruptcy and restructuring practice in Charlotte. The role will focus on leading complex chapter 11 matters and out-of-court restructurings for corporate and creditor clients.

The team handles a mix of debtor-side and creditor-side work across industries; the partner will supervise engagements, develop business, and mentor more junior attorneys. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable origination capability are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters (chapter 11 experience preferred)
Proven track record of leading complex cases and managing client relationships
Business development ability or a portable practice; comfortable originating and expanding client work
Excellent drafting, courtroom, and negotiation skills; ability to mentor and manage junior lawyers
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
