A well-established national law firm is seeking a senior bankruptcy partner to join and grow its Dallas restructuring practice. The role focuses on leading complex Chapter 11 matters, out-of-court restructurings and related insolvency litigation for corporate clients and creditors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, support business development in the region, and mentor associates. This is a high-visibility role with opportunity to shape the office s market presence in bankruptcy and restructuring work.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Partnership-level experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 filings and creditor/debtor representation
Proven business development track record and regional market relationships
Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible to obtain admission) and able to work in the Dallas office
