An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledge lawyer to join the corporate and commercial practice of a leading UK and international law firm. This role sits within the firm's business group and supports the delivery of high-quality legal knowledge and know-how across the corporate team.

Working closely with lawyers across the group, you will develop, maintain, and share practical knowledge resources, precedents, and guidance to support the efficient and effective delivery of legal services. You will also contribute to the firm's knowledge management strategy and help to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

This is a superb role for a corporate lawyer with strong technical skills and a genuine interest in knowledge management, looking to build a career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent with solid experience in corporate law, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional matters.
Strong knowledge management skills, with experience in developing and maintaining precedents, practice notes, and other know-how resources.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and locations.
