A leading immigration-focused law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Associate to join its collegial, team-oriented New York office. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, formulate immigration strategies for complex matters, and serve as a trusted business advisor with a deep understanding of clients, their industries, and associated risks. Responsibilities include independently preparing and filing cases, researching technical immigration issues, and developing tailored solutions.

The Associate will also supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff, support partners on client proposals and RFPs, identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts, and contribute to continuous process improvement. A collaborative approach across teams locally, regionally, and firmwide is essential.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar association
5–8 years of experience at Associate level
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of immigration law
Prior team management experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Dedication to exceptional client service
