An opportunity has arisen for a Business Immigration Associate to join a dedicated immigration practice in New York. The role offers the chance to work alongside leading industry experts in a collegial, team-oriented environment where immigration law is the exclusive focus.

The successful candidate will act as a senior member of client teams, independently managing assignments with minimal supervision while developing an expert-level understanding of client industries and the firm's service offerings. Responsibilities include researching complex technical immigration issues, formulating solutions and documentation, executing case preparation and filings, and developing strategies for complex matters.

The position involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, communicating proactively within service-level agreements, and mentoring and supervising junior associates and staff. Candidates will also be expected to contribute to process improvement, business development, and knowledge sharing across local, regional, and firmwide teams.

U.S. JD or LLM
Membership of a U.S. State bar or Washington DC bar association
3–5 years of experience at Associate level
Exceptional working knowledge of immigration law
Prior team management experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
