A leading immigration-focused practice is seeking a skilled Business Immigration Associate to join its Los Angeles team. The role involves formulating immigration strategies for complex matters, advising clients at middle and senior management levels, and serving as a trusted business advisor with a deep understanding of clients' industries and associated risks. You will independently manage case preparation and filings, research intricate technical issues, and develop practical solutions.

Beyond casework, the associate will build and strengthen client relationships, contribute to business development and growth opportunities, and supervise and mentor junior team members. Collaboration across teams locally and firmwide is central to the culture.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington DC bar association
5-8 years of experience at Associate level
Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law
Prior team management experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
