Join a dedicated immigration practice where you will work as a senior member of client teams, independently managing complex business immigration matters with minimal supervision. You will develop an expert-level understanding of your client base and the industries they operate in, using legal precedents and creative solutions to address complex immigration issues. Responsibilities include independently preparing and filing cases, researching technical immigration questions, and developing strategy for sophisticated matters.

As a senior associate, you will also build and maintain strong client relationships, communicate proactively within service-level expectations, and mentor and supervise junior associates and staff. You will be expected to contribute to process improvement, business development, and firm-wide knowledge sharing while meeting productivity goals.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Admission to a U.S. state bar or the Washington D.C. bar
3–5 years of experience at the associate level
Exceptional working knowledge of immigration law
Prior team management experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
