Business Lawyer

We are seeking a Business Lawyer to join our team in Dieppe. This role focuses on advising business leaders and companies on a range of corporate matters while contributing to the growth of our local office.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to build your own client network and work alongside a team of experts in a dynamic economic region.

• Qualified lawyer (or jurist) with experience in business law (corporate, contracts, M&A, or similar)
• Ability to develop and manage a client portfolio
• Strong advisory skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
