Business Litigation Associate — Des Moines

Seeking an associate to join a national commercial litigation team based in Des Moines. The role offers experience across all phases of general commercial, civil and business litigation representing a diverse client base.

The hiring team values strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, and collaborative client service. The office operates with a hybrid in-office expectation of approximately three days per week to support teamwork and client engagement while preserving flexibility.

• 0–6 years of legal experience (clerks and recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Active Iowa bar membership or eligibility for admission by waiver; must obtain Iowa admission if not already admitted
• Excellent academic credentials and superior legal writing and analytical abilities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on client matters
