Experienced commercial litigation team seeks a mid-level litigation attorney to join its Boston office. The group handles complex commercial disputes, shareholder matters, white-collar and internal investigations; the role offers exposure to high-stakes litigation and investigative work across a range of industries.

5–7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on complex commercial disputes
Experience handling shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations
Proven project-based experience and ability to manage multiple high-level assignments
Experience supervising junior associates and other team members
Strong legal research and writing skills; high academic achievement from law school
Background practicing in the litigation department of a comparable law firm
