Our client, a leading law firm, seeks a highly skilled attorney to join its Business Litigation practice in Boston. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of significant experience in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar defense, and internal investigations.

Key requirements include:

Substantial litigation experience, preferably within the litigation department of a comparable law firm.
Strong project-based experience and the ability to handle multiple high-level assignments with superior analytical and writing skills.
Experience mentoring and overseeing junior associates and support staff.
