Business Litigation Associate — Palo Alto

Experienced commercial litigation team in a Palo Alto office is seeking a 2nd-year associate to join ongoing matters across the business litigation practice. The role offers substantive courtroom and pretrial exposure, drafting and motion work, and collaboration with senior litigators on complex commercial disputes.

Strong writing, document drafting, and research skills are required, along with the ability to manage competing deadlines and produce high-quality, analytical work. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package and standard firm training and mentoring.

• Approximately 2 years of significant commercial/business litigation experience at a comparable law firm
• Superior legal writing and research skills; strong drafting experience (motions, briefs, discovery)
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively on litigation teams
• High level of academic achievement from law school
